Description
3 Months Post-Op | 53-Year-Old Female
This 53-year-old patient is shown three months after an extended preservation deep plane facelift and neck lift, lower eyelid transconjunctival (scarless) blepharoplasty, facial fat grafting, and buccal fat reduction. Botox was also used to improve brow asymmetry. The preservation technique maximizes cheek and jowl elevation while minimizing skin delamination, allowing the skin to remain more closely connected to the deeper tissues and redrape smoothly. The result is a refined jawline and neck with balanced, natural facial proportions.
