Description
10 Months Post-Op | 56-Year-Old Female
This 56-year-old patient is shown ten months after an extended preservation deep plane facelift and neck lift, an endoscopic brow lift, upper eyelid blepharoplasty, subciliary lower eyelid blepharoplasty, facial fat grafting, and buccal fat reduction. Following significant weight loss, she developed facial deflation and increased skin redundancy. The subciliary lower eyelid blepharoplasty addressed excess lower eyelid skin and orbicularis muscle redundancy. Her extended preservation facelift provides maximal cheek and jowl elevation with limited skin delamination, preserving native skin attachments and allowing smooth, controlled redraping. The neck is cleanly sculpted and defined while preserving a natural facial appearance.
