Description
7 Weeks Post-Op | 54-Year-Old Female
This 54-year-old patient is shown seven weeks after an extended preservation deep plane facelift and neck lift, an endoscopic brow lift, upper eyelid blepharoplasty, lower eyelid transconjunctival (scarless) blepharoplasty, facial fat grafting, and buccal fat reduction. Following significant weight loss, she developed more pronounced skin redundancy and soft-tissue deflation than would be expected from aging alone. Deep-plane release permits maximal elevation of the cheeks and jowls, while the preservation component limits skin undermining and maintains more native skin attachments. At this early stage, the skin already redrapes smoothly over a sharply defined jawline and neck.
