Description
7 Weeks Post-Op | 45-Year-Old Female
This 45-year-old patient is shown seven weeks after an extended preservation deep plane facelift and neck lift with submandibular gland reduction, an endoscopic brow lift, lower eyelid transconjunctival (scarless) blepharoplasty, facial fat grafting, and buccal fat reduction. Following significant weight loss, she developed pronounced facial and neck skin redundancy. Her submandibular glands were also markedly ptotic, extending below the ideal jawline contour beyond what even a strong platysma suspension alone could fully address. Conservative gland reduction allowed a more complete and controlled neck contour. The cheeks and jowls were maximally elevated through the deep plane, while limited skin delamination preserved native attachments and supported smooth, healthy-looking skin redraping. Even at seven weeks, the jawline and neck demonstrate crisp definition while remaining natural in proportion.
