This 60-year-old male patient is shown three months after an extended preservation deep plane facelift and neck lift, an endoscopic brow lift, lower eyelid transconjunctival (scarless) blepharoplasty, facial fat grafting, buccal fat reduction, and correction of a ptotic (“witch’s”) chin. The extended preservation technique repositions the cheeks and jowls at the deeper structural level while limiting skin undermining, so the lift is not dependent on excessive skin tension. His jawline and neck are strongly defined while preserving a natural masculine character.
