4 Months Post-Op | 61-Year-Old Female

This 61-year-old patient is shown four months after an extended preservation deep plane facelift and neck lift, an endoscopic brow lift, upper eyelid blepharoplasty, lower eyelid transconjunctival (scarless) blepharoplasty, facial fat grafting, and buccal fat reduction. Following significant weight loss, she developed increased skin laxity and facial deflation. The extended preservation lift provides maximal elevation of the descended cheek and jowl tissues while limiting skin delamination, allowing the skin to redrape smoothly over the repositioned foundation. The result combines a sharply defined jawline and neck with restored facial balance and a natural appearance.
