This 62-year-old patient is shown three months after an endoscopic brow lift, revision upper eyelid blepharoplasty, subciliary lower eyelid blepharoplasty, facial fat grafting, and removal and dissolution of a substantial volume of prior facial filler. The prior filler had contributed to heaviness and downward displacement through the lower eyelid and lid-cheek junction. Removing that excess volume, together with surgical rejuvenation of the brow and eyelids, produced a lighter, more refined eye area and smoother facial contours.
