This 43-year-old patient is shown five months after an extended preservation deep plane facelift and neck lift, an endoscopic brow lift, upper eyelid blepharoplasty, facial fat grafting, buccal fat reduction, and correction of a ptotic (“witch’s”) chin. She is also shown two months after a subsequent rhinoplasty. The facelift achieves substantial elevation of the cheeks and jowls with limited skin delamination, preserving native skin attachments and promoting smooth redraping. The neck is cleanly defined, while refinement of the nose and chin brings the facial profile into greater balance.
