This 42-year-old patient is shown six months after an extended preservation deep plane facelift and neck lift, an endoscopic brow lift, lower eyelid transconjunctival (scarless) blepharoplasty, facial fat grafting, buccal fat reduction, and removal of a substantial volume of prior facial filler. The filler had contributed to heaviness and downward displacement through the lower eyelid and lid-cheek junction. Deep-plane repositioning restores the cheeks and jowls at the structural level, while limited skin undermining preserves more native skin attachments for smooth, natural redraping. The jawline and neck are sharply defined while maintaining an unoperated appearance.
